Returns
Due to Covid-19 returns are not being accepted at this time.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged OR if the wrong size/color was sent to you OR if you received your item(s) as a GIFT. 

  1. Requests for an exchange must be made by sending an email to Exchange@ReflexFlops.com within 15 days of the receipt of your order. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase was received we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a exchange.
  2. Once your returned item has been received, inspected and approved an email will be sent with a promo code that can be used to order a replacement item of equal value.
  3. Once the replacement order has been placed and the shipping has been paid the replacement item(s) will be mailed out within 1-2 days.

Gifts

For orders marked as a gift at the time of purchase that need to be exchanged, the process is as follows:

  1. Send an email to Exchange@ReflexFliops.com with the order #, reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item color and size
  2. Return the unwanted item with the packing slip and indication of the replacement size & color desired.
  3. Upon receipt and approval of the return the recipient will receive a promo code that can be used to order a replacement item of equal value.
  4. Once the replacement order has been placed and the shipping has been paid the replacement item(s) will be mailed out within 1-2 days.

To reiterate RETURN AND REPLACEMENT SHIPPING is not included.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased OR the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient at a later date AND the refund qualifications above are met then a refund will be sent to the purchaser, minus a 10% restocking fee. Or to avoid the restocking fee a Promo Code can be sent for the full purchaser amount.. and he/she will find out about your return.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 5 days of being notified, please check with your banking institution as it may take a few additional days before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Refunds@ReflexFlops.com.

Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the distance of the delivery address from our warehouse in MD.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs related to their return. If you are receiving a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more than $75 worth of products you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
