Our policy lasts 15 after delivery days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be undamaged/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be notified via email once your return has been received and inspected informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 5 days of being notified, please check with your banking institution as it may take a few additional days before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Refunds@ ReflexFlops.com.
Only regular priced items will be refunded.

If your order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase the recipient will receive a promo code that can be used to order a replacement item of equal value once the unwanted item has been returned.
Return and replacement shipping is not included.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping times vary depending on the distance of the delivery address from our warehouse in MD.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs related to their return. If you are receiving a refund the cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more than $75 worth of products you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
